San Francisco and New York boast some of the country’s best watering holes. And the two cities’ bartenders are members of a great drink-slinging tradition that dates back well over a century. But after Hurricane Sandy, the Big Apple needs a little TLC.

Help the City by the Bay support the City That Never Sleeps by attending a special event on Sunday, November 18. The Bay Area chapter of the United States Bartenders’ Guild is bringing together more than a dozen of the region’s top mixologists for a fundraiser supporting the USBG’s efforts to clean up bars damaged by the recent storm.

Tickets cost just $25 and include an assortment of Coney Island-inspired food. Plus, all the delicious cocktails are just $5 each.
